In our hospital, in principle we will issue an outside prescription for outpatient patients who need medications. However, we may not be able to issue an outpatient prescription for some medications and for some patients. Such patients will be issued medications from our Department of Pharmacy (in-hospital dispensing).
We will issue a prescription for outside the hospital in the outpatient clinic of each department, so put it in the destination guide and accounting slip (green file or red file) and please submit it to the (6) Accounting reception window on the 1st floor. After confirming the outside prescription, we will inform you on the external prescription number display board. Please state your name at the external prescription pick-up counter and receive the outside prescription in exchange for the outside prescription voucher.
An outside prescription from a doctor to a patient at our hospital becomes a valid external prescription for the first time, after the Department of Pharmacy confirms the contents of the prescription and the accounting window confirms the insurance information and then you can have it dispensed at an insurance pharmacy outside the clinic.
The expiration date is in 4 days, including the date of issuance. Please submit it to the insurance pharmacy quickly because Saturdays and Sundays are included in this time.
We will inform you by the medicine number display board when the dispensed medicine for the inpatient patient is ready. Please state your name and receive the prescription in exchange for the prescription voucher. In addition, please visit the "Medicine Explanation Corner" because they will explain the medicine to persons who wish for an explanation.
