当院の総合周産期母子医療センターは国内随一の規模を誇りますが、増加傾向にあるハイリスク妊娠・分娩の県内最後の砦である当センターでは、毎年多くの低出生体重児が誕生しています。当科の小児専門リハビリチームが出産後早期より介入し、一人でも多くのお子様が無事に育つよう包括的に支援しております。その取り組みの中で、経験豊富なリハスタッフのNICU専任導入した結果、哺乳自律時期が早まり、神経発達にも良い影響を与える可能性を報告しました。
