For those who visit us for the first time, those who haven't visited us for a while, or those who want to visit us again without a reservation, please complete the front desk process by 11:00 am.
We are sorry but you may have to wait for a while during busy hours. If you are not feeling particularly well, please contact us.
For those who will visit us for a 2nd time or after as an outpatient, please make a reservation.
If you have medications, please bring the drugs or the paper explaining the drugs.
The first time patient care system for the Department of Pulmonary Medicine
Due to the retirement of a full-time physician in the Department of Pulmonary Medicine, Saitama Medical University Medical Center, from January 15, 2013 we will only provide medical services to first time visits of patients who have a referral letter for outpatient care.
(Monday through Friday, Closed Saturday.)
We ask that you consult with other medical institutions for patients who do not have a referral letter.
We are very sorry to cause you inconvenience, however we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
