December 24,2019 Update
Saitama Medical Center established the "Hospital and Clinic Collaboration Office" as one of the management divisions from April 2001, and it has been working to strengthen the "Hospital and Clinic Collaboration Project" with the Regional Medical Association which had been carried out conventionally. The term "Hospital and Clinic Collaboration" means "cooperation with hospitals and clinics," but this is aimed at improving the health care services with a focus on patients.
In addition to medical institutions such as clinics and hospitals, patients have recently become more involved with health centers, municipal health centers, and regional comprehensive support centers. Saitama Medical Center has been trying to solve a variety of problems by strengthening the contact network so that patients will not have trouble with such problems.
We will tangibly explain the content of the work done in the Hospital and Clinic Collaboration Office and we hope that you will be able to use this Hospital and Clinic Collaboration Office well in the future.

There are many cases where patients with illnesses are worried about what kind of medical institutions they should be treated at.
In a nutshell, we would like to contribute to the local community as an institution that patients and families can utilize with peace of mind as we work to solve problems from the patient's viewpoint and to cooperate closely with doctors.
