Management Policy/Method of Use

The management policy is to provide support that allows users and their families to continue satisfactory care at home. In order to do this, we have a thorough discussion with our users and their families, and plan and implement support while understanding their actual life situation.

Please contact the visiting nursing station directly. If you already have a doctor, you can apply to the doctor. You will need written instructions from your doctor when the visiting nursing starts.
